Now I don't believe you ever drove across Canada. They drive a hell of a lot faster than Americans. One woman I know figures out how big a fine she can afford to pay, and from that, how fast she can drive (as in how much over the speed limit).

re driving on the NB 6 to Frederickton and its a narrow road. Speed is like 85 . We were toodling along, minful of moose an a bigass lumber truck hauled up my ass and sped by us at over 120. He hit his horn and Jke brakes to scare me. W caught up with him cause an RCMP had his ass in a discussion. . Haw Haw.

Any nation that has its national hobby of having sex in a canoe probably has more NASCAR drivers hailing from it.

Don't know about the west coast, but Maritimes drivers are certainly more sane than Boston drivers, who can be dangerous at any speed. 10 mph in MA and you still take your life in your hands.

As late as 2012, the spirit of Ama said that World War III will happen on a Wednesday. That means that WWIII has not happened yet as of 2012. Ka Apaz, the platform of Ama to talk to people, died in 2017. Now, it is 2020. I am still alive at 73. I will be guessing until I die. I know it is going to happen.

I've no doubt in the world that WW3 will eventually happen. Does that make me a God? No, just someone who acknowledges human nature - people have always wanted power of other people. Wars have always occurred. These days it's not just power & money that motivates people, but ideology (whether religious of secular idiocy like the domino theory) - with the ideologues being arguably the more dangerous of the two (being more emotionally prone to acting upon their fears or hatreds, or having the fears or hatreds manipulated to induce 'rash' actions).

I could make up any day of the week too - once chance in 7 I'd be right. No wait - if it wasn't on the day I said it was - I'd just say the decision was made the cay I claimed, but the overt act on the day it was actually carried out.
