@Rockhead,
New Years eve has been a traditionally somber time for us. (Wed lost several good folks that were part of our lives in and around the holiday, and one pair in a terrible accident)< Consequently, we try to make the holiday as uneventful as possible. We will have a small dinner and we will talk with relatives and friend over the phone).
Friday, New Years day,we will go to the Fulton Fire Company annual pork and saurkraut dinner, and, if weather holds , we will move the sheep over to a separate pasture for the next two weeks. Were still counting birds for the Christmas bird counts. We will be finishing up by Jan 3 when we send in our tabby sheets.
Im looking forward to this weekend because Im going up to Tucquan Glen to do some plein air painting.
I hope everybody's 2010 is better than your 2009 was.
