I eventually eat the crust. I eat it last. Like an afterthought.

Life's too short to become too full on pizza crust. I figure if I get to eat the cheesy and toppings part of the pie and then NYC is destroyed (asteroid; megatsunami; megastorm raining down alien tyrannosaurus rexes; etc...) well at least I got to finish off the best parts of the pizza before I died.

I just reread the thread, which was fun. Mmm, I've got some dough waiting for me in the freezer. Still have some balsamic glazed onions.. also, some caramelized onions. Need mozzarella, so this won't happen until grocery day at the earliest. Have some blue cheese. Have some cooked kale, some spicy sauteed mushrooms, some spicy sauteed eggplant. Sadly, used the last of the pancetta. Plenty of garlic left on hand. Stay tuned. I'll probably keep it simple.

who thought the pizza with the caramelly crust would be good? not me
once she described the 4 cheese one as a ricotta pie, I kinda got it

one of their best videos though - I had to pause it and make tea partway through

those savory ones looked revolting (how often does she spit stuff out - not often)
