It's this one, from Nicky V's in Albuquerque. Perfetto.
balsalmic glazed onions, crimini mushrooms, gorgonzola, fontina, toasted pine nuts
Perfect crust. Perfect ingredients. Gaining deliciousness with each bite.
She ordered it, and offered me a slice.
Seriously, this is the best pizza I've had since my famous to myself one at the La Focaccia place in piazza della Pace (that one was mozzarella and gorgonzola and walnuts, crazy good).
