I am picky about pizza - too much crappo pizza out there. I've made my own at least a hundred times but my own aren't my favorites. Two I've eaten in Italy are, and one I haven't gotten to try but want to, at Mozza in Los Angeles... well any pizza from Mozza would be a highlight of pizza love.

Well, I prefer making pizzas at home as they are unmatchable. Apart from that I love Dominos.

Today I tasted the best pizza since the one in Rome (not all in Rome, just the one, back in '99.) Diane and I went to Nicky's...

It's this one, from Nicky V's in Albuquerque. Perfetto.

Perfect crust. Perfect ingredients. Gaining deliciousness with each bite.
She ordered it, and offered me a slice.
Seriously, this is the best pizza I've had since my famous to myself one at the La Focaccia place in piazza della Pace (that one was mozzarella and gorgonzola and walnuts, crazy good).

Your picture in post 068 resembles what I usually order at Pizza My Heart; it's one of my favorites. My wife and I just went there the other day, and I had a Corona with it. I sprinkle it with chili flakes and a little more cheese. Love it!
