Crabtree, or his agent, finally realized that the game goes on without him. You have him active, Fox. His agent is an idiot.

Any guesses on the number of fantasy points scored by Crabtree this week?

My guess = 0

@Ticomaya,
Then on the other hand, the Niners are sorta desperate right now so they may play him. I took him off the bench for now to replace another wide receiver who has been doing nothing, but may change my mind closer to Sunday.

Desperate? They're 3-1, holding all the cards, and looking strong ... which is why Crabtree and his "agent" came to them with hat in hand.

But of course that's merely my opinion ... I'm not trying to talk you out of playing him.

@Foxfyre,
Then, after further review in which it is unlikely Crabtree will see much if any action until October 27, I re-benched him and put Austin back in. Austin has been used as a ball return guy mostly, but may start Sunday if Williams can't play.

And, you're right Tico. I was thinking of somebody else. The Niners have been doing pretty good.

Easy mistake ... they usually are desperate.

I was getting a head start on the A2K Pick-um game for Week #6 (we are in #5) by filling out the schedule.
Here are the bye teams: Dallas, Indy, Miami and SF.
In Week #7 there are 6 teams with byes!
A lot of us could have a lot of holes in our rosters.

You're lucky that you and I are meeting in week 6.

@Ticomaya,
3-1? But look at the teams they beat. Not exactly a good test of the team.

I dunno, AZ is not bad, and they came a whore's hair away from beating the Vikings.

I'll say this, their defense is for real. Offense, not so much.

Well, looks like the Gerbils are going to be short on WR's this week. One is listed as doubtful and another one has a bye. Also Eli Manning is questionable. Won't know until game time, so going to go ahead and replace him with Jason Campbell (Redskins) this week.

Is there anyway to get our old Stattracker back? The freebie is about worthless or maybe I'm not using it right?

It works okay for me. Go to the League match-ups and click on the little blue message below your match that says "launch stat-tracker." It takes awhile to come up, but it does.

@realjohnboy,
Okay, it sorta worked that way. Doesn't seem to be the same as we had last year though. But I have a sore tooth and am feeling a bit grumpy too. So tomorrow will be a better day, yes?

We should use ESPN for football next year. I know people didn't like it for hockey, but the football site is really nice. Free "stat tracker" all year, too.

I get lucky every once in awhile RJB. Besides, it is about time Turner came to play. He had a big day.

Sweating today. Can Ronnie Brown beat the Jets Defense tonight, plus 3 points?

I have several friends who are playing on the ESPN league this year, and I can report that Yahoo is greatly superior.

The stat-tracker is new this year but works really well, I love it.
