If someone steals a trillion dollars from a bank and another person steals a million, they are both guilty of theft. Waterboarding has long recognized as torture; as has been posted several times, we have even prosecuted it as torture when it was done to our own military members.

The technique works and I don't think a single Muslim terrorist died from water boarding.

Water boarding is much more humane that the torture techniques used by Muslim terrorist.

Waterboarding is cruel and degrading treatment, (which would violate the GC) according to CIA Inspector General John Helgerwon, regardless of whether death occurs. There have deaths from other harsh interrogation techniques.
