@Foxfyre,
I can get the math to work (to arrive at the winning avg for everyone) if you get 1/2 a point for tieing in a category. So you won 10 and get 1/2 of 2 for a total of 11 divided by 19 categories = .579, same as the 'Necks. You had one fewer loss which evidentally is good for you.
BTW, tell your hubby to lighten up. His Gerbils are killing me today.

@realjohnboy,
Yeah that makes sense (cough) RJB.

And YOU tell him. I think he's afraid to look. Meanwhile, did you notice the Firefighters are stuck up there on top? And the Owls aren't? I even tied knots in MM's firehoses and it didn't help.

@ossobuco,
He's pretty much a chocolate man but the last cake mix he picked out all by himself was a carrot cake w/cream cheese icing so go figure.

I want you all to note that my team is at .658.
This, she intones, is not likely to happen again.
Appreciate it while it lasts.

@Foxfyre,
Alas, the last cake I tasted was a carrot cake that I didn't like, at all, which is unusual for me. So, chocolate it is. Does he like or hate nuts? Coffee flavor or not at all. Whipped cream or none of that foofoo?

Premiata Forneria M - fbaezer who is from Mexico City. I have never liked him.
Firefighters - MysteryMan from W Ky. He is a truck driver/volunteer fireman and, as we are learning, knows baseball.
Desert Sandpaws - Ossobuco -Retired landscape architect now in NM. Plays in every fantasy game.
Hoot Owls - Foxfyre, also from NM. Her boy friend, the Gerbils, is much younger.
Rappin' Rednecks - RealJohnBoy is the epitome of the Virginia gentleman. Incredibly smart and if you squint real hard, not bad looking.
The Tubas - Gargamel. Him I don't know.
The Bay Herons - Alex240101. Upstate NY and I thought I remembered in academia. I may have that totally wrong.
Ipswich Stable Hands - George and Rhys. Boston. He was my driver when I visited. Chinese/Irish or something like that. IT guy. Rhys is his son.
Boston Skinny Pups - Jespah is one of the brains behind A2K.
Geriatric Gerbils - ElStudHoncho - his birthday is Wednesday. His girl friend, much younger, is Foxfyre.
The Lushies - Pantalones is the other player here from Mexico. Tijuana, if I recall correctly.
Ticomaniacs - Ticomaya is, I think, in AZ. He thinks he knows sports and will be quick to tell you about how many fantasy trophies he's won...most of which is fantasy.
Can of Corn - JpinMilwaukee has set up numerous Fantasy games for us. He is, I think a grad student.
Skoalmen - McGentrix I don't know about. I think he is from the mid-west; I could be totally wrong.

@ossobuco,
Meantime, I could strangle Litsch. And may.
Patience, breathe in.

I'm famous to myself for dumping pitchers mixed with cosseting pitchers. This works half the time. I get it that now is not the time to dump fast (waves to Mr. Lee).

Bay Herons and Can of Corn are in a pitching "duel" with Gallardo and Volquez: 7-6 in the 5th inning... but Tico has outdone them both with Chen-Ming-Wang.
