Checking re Search, looks like Blacksmith (blacksmithn?) went missing mid June in 2006. It was noted on the missing a2kers thread, but that then brought up DTOM, who I had just gotten to have some good conversations with (re the hollywood area in LA, not sure if by p.m. or on the board) when he went missing.

Sorry to point it out to you but go back and look at the date. She posted that last year AND hasn't returned since that posting.

Holy moley. Didn't notice the 2011. The early February date was what caught my eye.

I was late in watching any of the bobsal and faux bobsal stuff. It just seemed longer.

No, the real Bobsal was a guy. He did kind of go through an identy crisis towards the end.

I thought Bobsal was a guy...and was surprised when referred to as a "she." I also remember that several different "bobsal's were involved in the death throes of Abuzz. But the post that I just responded to seemed decent...and I thought things had changed.

Wish some of the old posters would come back.

Glad we agree on this.

We sure have a lot of old Abuzzers missing...and it seems lots of A2Kers also. Where the hell are Blatham and Lola...and Kicky!

Actually, I talk with Bernie once in a while...mostly when I am sunning on the top deck of the Frying Pan. But I would like to see him back...and Lola also. And so many others.

As for Facebook...I avoid it like the plague. Guess I am an ole fart!

Me too. I may join one of these days but not to see a2kers, hey, I'm here at a2k, but for long time ago friends, under my own name. We'll see, as I'm keeping up with them so far with email.

Bernie seems to mostly be at his own blog, Lola's at FB regularly (though given the move, nothing is regular), and Kicky exists at FB.
