Nah, she ain't dead. She's just being modestly polite, having learned in ladybug school to always keep her knees together and not go flinging her arms about.

Not so with that two-gun bushwhacker to her left. Even his pinchers are bowed from too much time in the saddle. And he looks like he's all fixed to draw down on somebody if they so much as wiggle their ears at him.

As to whether she's in the club, I haven't a clue.

How can you tell? Is it your feminine instinct, or merely a gut feeling?

a. I don't think they HAVE ears.

b. Look at their legs...they have shuffled off this mortal coil..they are EX-earwigs...they have gone to meet their maker (and, if they are made in its image, I wouldn't want to meet it.)

c. She's preggers or chubby. She would rather go to her grave being thought to be pregnant.

It's a good thing she doesn't have ears, otherwise she'd turn over in her grave hearing you spew that rubbish. Except, not being dead, she isn't in her grave.

Lemme put a bug in yer ear: you may think she's in her coffin, but she's for damn sure as quick and lively as I've ever been.
