I do not endorse polygamy. I think polygamy is a derelict lifestyle just like homosexuality. I think it's detrimental to the economy and it is harmful for the children who are participants in that type of family.

Also... notice how every person you mentioned was Jewish... not christian. Jesus never advocated for polygamy and in fact he taught it was wrong to do so. Therefore any individual in the OT (or the NT... or anywhere else for that matter) that participates in such an immoral lifestyle as polygamy is wrong for doing so.

Most of the people on that list are adults and to claim they all committed suicide because they were bullied is patently absurd. Most of them made it to adulthood and had made it well past the "bullying" stage.

I don't know, maybe his wife was a tyrant. Maybe she was constantly being a pain in the ass. Maybe him and his wife didn't work out great with one another and his friend just accepted him for who he was. I have no idea. All I know is David claimed his friend was essentially a better person towards him than his wife.
