No, different temples represented gods and had different myths about the behaviour of those gods . Some did have female prostitutes and some had male prostitutes but they were worried homosex was more attractive whereas heterosex was just getting some extra, which was reasonable to them .
One temple dedicated to Diana had women sit on the steps and have sex with a total stranger . Ugly women would wait for weeks . That was also banned .
Homophobic is another term invented by one of the many homosexuals in the entertainment/advertising/law industries . Along with Marriage Rights, instead of Marriage Theft, it was quite a clever piece of propaganda . If someone doesn't like homosexuality, call them homophobic . What about calling someone heterophobic if they dont like heterosex ?
