Some churches 'get it right' and support everyone equally. They should be credited accordingly!

@RexRed,
These are cute. But what point do they make? Sure, we know the Catholic church distorts the truth for their own designs; but don't forget the Bible taught the world was round over 2000 years earlier. You have the Bible. Look up Isaiah 40:22.

That the world is full or those who commit unspeakable crimes is not the fault of the creator. You probably know this one without looking it up: Remember when Satan offered Jesus all the kingdoms of the world? He could not offer what he did not have. The entire world has been under his influence for thousands of years. Should we tell that to the preachers who mumble about God's mysterious ways whenever a baby dies? Try it. Their power rests in deception. Don't let them drive you away from your life source.

My wife and I met online, we would talk for hours on the phone. We lived an hour away from one another. Yet the first time we officially met I felt like I already knew her. Through time we grew closer and closer, never before had love been easy for either of us. But loving her just felt completely and utterly natural. She was the second part of my soul, and heart. We went through rough times, full of tragedy, but we lived through it together as a whole and we never let anything break us. Later we decided we wanted to start a family, we tried both of us for a year and in the end my beloved got pregnant and we found out on Easter Day. We were so happy. While she was pregnant, same sex marriage was legalized in new york state. We got married when she was 35 weeks pregnant. Our son Zander was born two days before Christmas. I was able to be recorded on his birth certificate. He's 17 months now and a perfect handful. I love my family so much. We are each others rock. Four years with my beautiful soulmate has been wonderful and I'm so excited to watch our son grow and to be with my love forever. So that is our story.

@RexRed,
Photographs mean nothing Rex. Have you seen the one of Jodi Arias and her victim in happier times?

I feel sorry for that little lad.

Do you think that the parents are going to stab the little lad to death like Jodi Arias did her boyfriend? Rolling Eyes

The Bible doesn't say that, Rex. You have been listening to the clergy. No wonder you don't believe.

Yes the bible does seem to get some things right at times. I guess that even a blind squirrel could find a nut sometimes.
Do you think it is also God that uses the whirlwind to punish the bad people like in Isaiah 40:24

22 It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:

23 That bringeth the princes to nothing; he maketh the judges of the earth as vanity.

24 Yea, they shall not be planted; yea, they shall not be sown: yea, their stock shall not take root in the earth: and he shall also blow upon them, and they shall wither, and the whirlwind shall take them away as stubble.

Maybe I have it wrong but it seems to be about 2 ladies who legally got married and the other spouse was able to be on the child's birth certificate which is unusual don't you think?. You did get that part correct?

Looks like I need to build a tornado shelter because God has been using a lot of them lately to kill humans, birds, animals, plants and every thing else. Well at least he is not discriminating when it comes to things being evil. I wonder what the trees did wrong.

@RexRed,
I am just curious how shadow x would view these two homosexuals and why they should not have the same rights as heterosexuals.

He always talks about the creation part of life. I guess he would disqualify them for having a sperm donor.

You really are obtuse rl. Whatever put such an idea into your head out of what I said?

The subject was a posed photograph purporting to display to the world qualities, in respect of children, it must have been supposed the rest of us ordinary mortals cannot be expected to share, or, at the least, have not the wit to record for posterity.

Even the cursory application of a modicum of reasoning logic to the interior dynamics of the situation, in the hands of a Jane Austen, say, would be very illuminating and probably quite amusing.

And, lo and behold, the princes and the judges have all been taken away as stubble.

But what beautiful language. Scientific American has nothing to come close to it. And how we speak is more important than what we speak of.
