@Shadow X,
Are you done insulting homosexuals? Did it make you feel good?

@reasoning logic,
LoL how about you try again. That's not Jesus teaching that to us. That's Jesus giving a parable (in fact he explicitly tells you it's a parable). He's talking about God... not himself. He's stating that GOD is saying those things... and he's referencing how the sinners will be treated on judgment day.

This is the beginning of those verses you quoted:
Luke 19:11 Now as they heard these things, He spoke another PARABLE, because He was near Jerusalem and because they thought the kingdom of God would appear immediately.

Try again.

@RexRed,
If they're insulted, it's their own behavior that's doing it. Don't look at me, I just pointed it out.

@Shadow X,
Well your numbers certainly indicate that based on sheer volume, most paedophiles are likely to be heterosexual.

Well done.

@cicerone imposter,
Show me any doctrine that even remotely resembles those teachings coming from Jesus Christ.

@ehBeth,
Well of course they do lol... 98 - 99% of the population is heterosexual. But as I just showed, they are underrepresented... whereas homosexuals are vastly overrepresented in regards to pedophilia.

@Shadow X,
From Gallup.
Quote:
In August 2002*, Gallup asked Americans, in an open-ended format, to estimate the percentage of American men and the percentage of American women who are homosexual. The average estimates were that 21% of men are gay and 22% of women are lesbians. In fact, roughly a quarter of the public thinks more than 25% of men and 25% of women are homosexual. It should be pointed out, too, that many Americans (at least one in six) could not give an estimate.

@cicerone imposter,
All that shows is that Americans THINK that many people are gay... how about you get actual numbers. Not estimations by people on the street lol

The most accurate numbers indicate that approximately 1-4% of the total population is gay.

The only thing you’ve pointed out is that you’re a bigoted uninformed moron. Our fundamental rights and equality within society are not based on peoples prejudices and moral disapproval.

@JeffreyEqualityNewma,
Really? Then how about you refute some of my points instead of popping off at the mouth with ad hominem attacks. It'll make you look much less ignorant.

I'll debate you anytime, anywhere and I'll absolutely crush you in a debate.

No need to. You’re making an ass of yourself, you don’t need any help there.

@JeffreyEqualityNewma,
Of course because you're incapable of defending your position. Anytime you feel froggy, hop on up... until then, just keep slinging ad hominems around and hoping that someone is stupid enough to think that it's an actual argument that you're making.

@JeffreyEqualityNewma,
Thank you, Jeffrey, for pointing out the obvious. Bigots/homophobics galore - a lot more than the 2-3% of gays and lesbians polled.

From the NYT.

The New York Times (or NYT) is an American daily newspaper, founded and continuously published in New York City since September 18, 1851. It has won 112 Pulitzer Prizes, more than any other news organization.[3][4] Its website is America's most popular news site, receiving more than 30 million unique visitors per month.[5]
The paper's print version remains the largest local metropolitan newspaper in the United States and third-largest newspaper overall, behind The Wall Street Journal and USA Today. Following industry trends, its weekday circulation has fallen to fewer than one million daily since 1990.[6] Nicknamed The Gray Lady, The Times is long regarded within the industry as a national "newspaper of record".[7] It is owned by The New York Times Company, publisher of 18 other newspapers including the International Herald Tribune and The Boston Globe. The company's chairman is Arthur Ochs Sulzberger Jr., whose family has controlled the paper since 1896.[8]

Can you show me where oppression of women, homophobia, condoning of slavery and holy wars are a good thing for society?

Are you suggesting that we should all cease to buy garments made in Bangladesh because the operatives are not paid the US minimum wage and don't work in buildings as safe as we demand.

Those things, and trust you to appeal to the emotive anachronistically, are what the decision making elite deemed right for their societies and if you object to what they decided what do you suggest to replace them?

Do you really think the middle-east is ready for Madonna and Oprah and able to handle such things? The Saudi leadership is a sturdy ally of the US.

How do you define "holy war"?

@JeffreyEqualityNewma,
You see Jeff... I'm not the one who's going to back down because you call me a bigot. I'm not scared of being called a bigot because I know that if you must resort to slinging ad hominems then you're losing the argument. If you have reached the point where you are not able to defend your position and you must attack the other individuals character in the hopes of silencing the opposition then you've already lost.

And I love watching people like you lose.

@reasoning logic,
Jesus never claimed to be God... In fact he explicitly denies it in John 10. In fact he uses the exact same verbage to describe the pharisees and their father satan... does that mean they were actually satan incarnate? Of course not, it simply means they were representative of their father here on earth. Just like Jesus.
