B: Toast. coffee, two dying bananas
L: watermelon and a bagel (I ate most of a 20 pound watermelon this week. It was delicious every time.)
D: Leftover pasta from Friday's party, a piece of toast w/roasted garlic and one glass of wine.
E: got in just over 20 miles last week despite the lawyering chaos. I'm just in front of the 1000 mile Pace Bunny. Yea! Serious marathon training has begun.

Yesterday we ran a 5K, and both got new personal bests (mine was by only 4 seconds, but RP's was by around 90 seconds). Results haven't been posted yet.

You are doing really well, George.

L: Turkey slices on salad, bagel, coffee
E: three sets of arm work
D: Grilled roasted red-peppers and Swiss on a burger.
Salad. Watermelon
(I took a burger and grilled it slightly on both sides, then took one rolled up slice of Swiss and one roasted pepper slice for each side and put it in the George Foreman grill. So it was Pepper/Swiss/Burger/Swiss/Pepper.
I let it grill until the peppers were really getting blackened and the burger was medium rare.) So good. I might do it again tonight.
