@jespah,
two small blueberry corn muffins

one half a hoagie roll with homemade tartar sauce and previously cooked tilapia

one half a hoagie roll with mayo, previously cooked bacon, romaine lettuce, sliced store tomato (why do I ever buy those cardboard tomato replicas... well, these were less expensive than usual, and called out my name. I have to learn to slice canned whole tomatoes for things like this).
This open faced sandwich was hard to grab onto - the tilapia worked better as a physical eating choice.

2 coffees/dabs of half and half
2 mineral water glasses
2 red wine and grape juices on ice

How did it get to be Wednesday?
I completely spaced Monday and had a big roast beef sandwich for lunch. ( I keep thinking miles will suffice to erase the extra food. Doesn't-don't-ain't happening.)
Yesterday:
B: Grapefruit, coffee, toast
S: Croissant, more coffee
L: some ham slices on a bagel
E: one mile walk/run
D: hamburger with cheese and a martini.

2 coffees, tot 1.5 tsp sugar

slice of warm apple torta

tilapia on toast sandwich w/mayo

dilute grape juice

raw carrot

big bowl of new batch of zuppa - (sauteed onion, celery, carrot in olive oil; green beans, black beans, rest of can of chipotle in adobo/slivered, some tablespoons of previously cooked ground beef, fresh tomato chopped, can of no salt whole tomatoes chopped w juice, smidge beef bouillon, a lot of water, a bunch of leftover macaroni elbows with spinach, garlic, ricotta, all simmered down.) I have never seen an adobo can. In fact, A2K was the first place I'd ever seen
the word "adobo". At first I thought it was a typo for "adobe".

@George,
I wonder if they'd be in spanish food markets..
Funny about different parts of the country. There are so many things I am used to that I can't get here in sandland unless with great effort. Good fresh fish, for example. There are only tiny ital food sections, and until this year, asian food sections were very small. They're expanding, but only with the most commercial purveyors. Have to drive waaaaay across town to the international market to find things that are more interesting.

@ossobuco,
Copied from gourmetsleuth.com -
"Chipotle chiles (smoked jalapeno chiles) are canned in a red sauce that typically contains tomato puree, paprika, salt, onions, oil, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves and oregano. Used for making sauces, chipotle mayonaise, rubs as well as other recipes."
