Wednesday

Breakfast: A vegan variant of Muesli: Scrambled silken Tofu, oatmeal, strawberries.

Lunch Vegetable Fu at the Vietnamese restaurant. "Fu" is a Vietnamese kind of noodle soup. Deep-fried cheesecake.

Dinner: Roasted Beet salad Ravioli filled with Ziti. Cannoli

Thursday

Breakfast: (skipped)

Lunch: Lunch is difficult to describe. I know I had it at the vegetarian Indian restaurant, but I don't remember the names. The appetizer was a cream made of mashed wheat with mixed vegetables and lots of indian spices in it. The entree was basically a single giant Indian ravioli (very thin dough) filled with a different mix of vegetables and chutney.

Dinner Sea weed salad. General Tso's Tofu.

@Thomas,
A single Indian ravioli might be a dosa. Sorry for the huge pic.

@Thomas,
Missed a few days, distracted.

Yesterday,
coffee x2 w/ 2 splashes 2% milk
water packed tuna - sandwich w/1 slice mixed grain bread, mixed mayos

blood orange
spicy almonds (dozen?)
maybe 5 oiled brined black olives

fatish glass of apollonaris mineral water x2

pizza dough with schmear of sundried tomatoes and garlic and o/oil (stuff that comes in a jar from CA) - oh, the eqivalent in size to a wedge of commercial pizza, but way thinner, more crackery.

wt wine on ice x 3 (wee glasses)

@ossobuco,
I haven't really changed much in size in a year, but I'm still thrilled at getting into my old good clothes. I have too many pairs of jeans but I now love 'em all.

If I have an aim for a year or two from now, it's getting into my red suit. Hubba hubba - but that has to do with some stern walkaroos.
