Definitely no need for sweeteneer. And it feels like something really decadent. I mean, we're talking about a cup of skim milk and the same amount of whatever fruit is lying around, and it's awesome.

Got a little impromptu run in yesterday. Had to trot from 23rd and Lex to 47th and 2nd Avenue. Could not get a fricking cab and had to be at my haircutter's by seven. That's what I like about being able to do this running stuff. It would have killed any of my co-workers. I got there with fifteen minutes to spare, I saved the ten dollars cab and

PS The spellcheck suggestions for "fricking" were ""frocking, freaking, frigging which is really fun to say out loud.

L: turkey picadillo over brown rice (leftovers), soy cheese
Yesterday - large burrito with black beans, onions, cheese, and pork adobo
Some limeade and fizzy water x 2
large bowl of sliced cherry tomatoes and walnut parsley parmy pesto
fizzy water x 2
glass of cold chardonnay
I slaved over a giant bread pudding with bread, lots of eggs, reduced fat milk, cream (cancels out the milk bit), marsala, raisins, almonds... and it obviously needed more eggs/milk after it was done, so I put it in the fridge and had 2 slices bread with 4 olives.
Today -
finished baking the bread pudding, had some. Yummy. Not too sweet, cutting the recipe sugar by a lot. Now I have to package it for the freezer.
Hope it freezes ok.
Another bowl of cherry tomatoes & pesto. Time to make more pesto.
2 pluots (plumcots?)
2 limeade and fizzy waters
4 porkloin ribs with chinese hawaiian BBQ sauce
2 small glasses chardonnay
now drinking grape juice diluted with fizzy water
Started making a veggie soup, pooped out, but all the chopping is done for tomorrow. Tomorrow is veggie berserk day. At the least I have to eat that broccoli, probably with bagna cauda.

This is what I ate throughout the day:
Three cups of cooked whole natural brown rice
One cup of garbanzo beans
1/3 of a large pineapple
Two tins of rinsed albacore tuna
One slice of whole natural home-made bread thinly coated with natural peanut butter
The only beverage was water
This is very typical of my daily intake. No alcohol, no desserts, no dairy, no fatty meats like beef or lamb, no precessed foods, no restaurant food, no fast food, no junk food, no added oils, no prepared food, no refined carbohydrates.

OBE (Overtaken By Events)
Gillette Stadium is -- according to Google Maps -- 36.6 miles from our house.
We figured on getting there an hour before kickoff so we could eat at "Outlaw
BBQ" which is not far from the stadium. So: kickoff is at 7:30, we want to get
to the restaurant by 6:30. To be safe, we left Stoneham at 4:30. Not only
did we not get to the restaurant on time, we missed the kickoff! It took 3
hours to go 36.6 miles. What miserable traffic!
We had to make do with stadium food. I can't afford to overeat on stadium
food.
