big bowl of doctored soup -
to that leftover leek, onion, garlic, slight potato, slight parsnip/soup, I added a can of well rinsed and then soaked and rinsed again butter beans (canned beans and salt, urrrgh), 4 tbs Mezzetta arrabbiata sauce (many ingreds including salt), more water, the remnants of a bag of semolina pasta, and at the end, two sliced H-Nat hot dogs.
Which leaves me with a giant amount of soup (will be forced to clean some more out of freezer).
Made a casserole of 1 lb baby farfalle with cheese remnants (cheddar/hundred year old brie, 'fresh' mozzarella, romano), some madras tamarind hot curry powder, some chili pepper, a lot of regular pepper, 2 cups of lf milk.
Ate a bowl, have tons left. (Stares at freezer).

Meanwhile, took the carcass from that roast chicken and the defatted garlicy slightly lemony juices from the roasting, added a barrel of water, cooked that down.
Given the leftover farfalle I have, that'll soon turn into garlicky chicken noodle slightly cheesy soup.. probably tomorrow.
