WAY TO GO, JESPAH! You are on it now!
My weigh in program (Weight Commander -- love it,) yelled at me this week for going down too fast. PPPHHHHHFFFT

2 fruit nut cookies

small bowl pasta with parsley pesto

tuna salad on 1 slice multi grain toast

dilute limeade x 2

brownie sized piece of pear-apple-raisin torte - you see it broke apart while I was packaging the torte slices for the freezer. Verdict, not as good as the apple torte of a month or two ago.. pears were just ripe, need to be still less ripe. Still too sweet and I had cut the sugar in half: next time, to 1/4.

wraps made from spinach. (had 2 at noon and 2 at around 5pm)

ronzoni pasta w/ calcium and other fortified stuff in it (had a coupon), and tomato sauce, parm

Calories and carbs were high.
