Cottage ch and veg omelet, 1 serving

Lunch: Couscous, 1/2 c
Tuna, Canned in Water, 3 oz
Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 1 tbsp
Mixed Vegetables, 1 c

Dinner: Skim Milk, 1 cup
Artichoke and veg pizza (1/4 pie)
14 oz mixed greens salad

Snack: 1 c mixed fruit
Stonyfield Farm Fat Free vanilla, 6 oz

CALORIES 1578 CARBS 256 g FAT 37 g PROTEIN 103 g Sodium 1921 mg

Krab on rosemary sourdough bread, with a little caesar dressing

1 bowl of homemade beet/apple soup....like a borscht, with a tsp of ff sour cream

Seared yellowfin tuna

snack of swiss cheese.

Since I've started recording this, I've lost 4 pounds.

Sushi, Tuna Roll, 6 servings
Vinaigrette, 2 tbsp
Tossed Salad, 1 cup

Snack: Skim Milk, 1 cup
Apples, fresh, 1 medium
Stonyfield Farm Fat Free Key Lime, 6 oz

CALORIES 1850 CARBS 311 g FAT 29 g PROTEIN 69 g Sodium 2419 mg

Calories, carbs and sodium were a little high.

beet/apple soup w/ ff sour cream
amy's mac and soy cheese

pasta with tomatoes roasted with olive oil, bread crumbs and parm

soy milk with a little strawberry extract mixed in (not bad)
rosemary sourdough w/ butter
12 crunchy wasabi coated peas. (really good actually, has anyone else tried them?)

WOW! Some spectacular results here!

slice of coffee cake
ham & cheese on oat-nut bread

That's it.

I had some kind of stomach bug yesterday. I got a slice of coffee cake down at
breakfast but wasn't real happy about it. I took a run that was unpleasant. Then
I made a sandwich for lunch. But didn't want to eat it. I spent the rest of the day
curled up in my chair. Later in the evening, the tummy decided enough was
enough and cleaned house. Some time after that I had my sandwich.

2 small cups coffee with choc almond milk

1/2 sesame bagel with thin cream cheese schmear and lox

2 glasses grape juice

1 bourbon on ice

2 helpings of orzo with lots of chopped onion sauteed in olive oil, 4 cloves minced garlic, white wine, lemon squeezed, lemon zest, simmered peeled cleaned shrimp, chopped parsley. Gads, that was good.

Mmmm, wasabi peas may be the perfect food. (I had to stop buying them.)
