brown rice, 1 c

Snack: Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup
Yogurt, Stonyfield Farm fat free plain, 1 cup
Fiber One chocolate bar, 1 serving

oatmeal cocoa almond butter w additional almonds cookie

small glass dry sherry x 2

baked potato/butter/sour cream (a rare thing, have a bpotato about every 4 months, almost never sour cream, usually make a dish of scalloped potatoes and divvy up for freezer)
1 hmade pork sausage
string beans w garlic, lemon, sl olive oil
glass of 1/2 squeezed lemon, tsp sugar, filled with gerolsteiner water
