Fridays are a bad day for me.
But not this one, despite what you see below.

Breakfast
Coffee
toast
grapefruit

lunch
cheese and brocolli
toast

long run (10.1 miles)
Snack
two scoops of chocolate ice cream with nuts.
I'm nuts.

Dinner
4 oz salmon on lettuce with
two Tsps of Onion Dip from the meeting night.
(Yum)

Snack
Some pretzels
Some chips
Some salsa

One slug of the brandy my dad made in 1991.

Breakfast: Cheerios Cereal, 1 cup
sensible foods cherry berry, 1 serving
Fish Oil Capsule
sensible foods apple harvest, 1 serving

Lunch: Banana, fresh, 1 medium
Vegetarian Slow Cooker Quesadillas, 1/2 serving
1/2 whole wheat tortilla
Broccoli, cooked, 1/2 cup
14 oz mixed greens salad

Dinner: (this was Tandoori chicken w/a cucumber salad and it was divine)
Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 1/2 cups
White Rice, medium grain, 1 cup
2 T vinaigrette dressing
Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 ounces

Snack: Skim Milk, 1 cup
1 c mixed fruit
Stonyfield Farm Fat Free chocolate, 6 oz

Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup

Snack: 1 c mixed fruit
Stonyfield Farm Fat Free chocolate, 6 oz

CALORIES 1854 CARBS 282 g FAT 29 g PROTEIN 122 g Sodium 1777 mg Calories were a lil high

Artichoke and veg pizza (1/4 pie),

Snack: 1 c mixed fruit

Starting Weight: 346
Current Weight: 258
Last Week's Loss: 1.4 lbs.

I am down just over 25% of my starting weight. New personal best measurements in some, er, upper areas (bust and bra band area, but also my upper arm).

vanilla swiss almond ice cream, 1/2 cup (nice breaky, osso)

hebrew national hot dog, half slice cracked wheat bread, sweet relish, tsp mayo, 1 sliced garden tomato

giant bowl of veggie meatloaf noodle soup

bunch of water

1 chardonnay on ice (cheapo chard, Glen Ellen, but it reminds me of MFK Fisher and her books)

Broccoli and onions, cooked, 1 cup
1 T homemade guacamole

Snack: 1 c mixed fruit

who knows what day, too much addition, and no weighing

2 cups darjeeling tea with something like a thimble of half and half each

one home made interestingly stuffed and baked egg roll dipped sporadically and lightly into gaggingly sweet nuoc cham (three for dinner in a freezer pack of 4 last evening)

2 sliced garden tomatoes, by themselves

more damn vanilla swiss almond, well, not much

two big bowls veggie noodle meatloaf soup

cheap rum and chocolate milk on ice x 2

pellegrino on ice, two green olives, garlic stuffed.

Calories and carbs were a lil high.
