@jespah,
Hey, thanks, but I gotta step up my game somehow as well. I'm easily a good 20 lbs. above my lowest #s and a lotta Spring work-type bottoms are not fitting, e. g. 10s are impossible, 12s are iffy and 14s usually work. It used to be the other way 'round.

Yesterday:
Breakfast: Blueberries, fresh, 0.5 cup
Jam, 1 T
Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, reduced fat, 1 tbsp
Cheerios Cereal, 1 cup
Fiber One Country White Bread, 2 servings

Lunch: Tofu, extra firm, 0.25 block
Broccoli, 1 cup
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
Monterey Cheese, 1 oz

Dinner: Rice Cakes, 2 cake
Skim milk, 1 c
14 oz mixed greens salad
Jespah's Bean Soup (slow cooker), 1 serving
Guacamole, 1 serving

Snack: Yogurt, Stonyfield Farm fat free plain (6 oz), 1 cup
Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, halves
Fiber One Oats and Chocolate Chewy Bar, 1 bar

@George,
Thanks for the well wishes everyone; I think I'm on the mend.

(Look away, jespah!) 2 pancakes with maple syrup and becel pro activ
dollop of cottage cheese and cinnamon
tea and skim

After a phone call asking me to cover a late shift for someone else who called in sick:
toast and peanut butter
tea and skim

Took a small (very small) dinner: peanut butter sandwich
apple
tea
(that seemed pretty innocuous)
Of course now I'm starving!

F-zero actually -- 2 butter tarts (it was that or chocolate bars or violently chemically flavoured potato chips). Not bad actually. I guess the good news is I've got my appetite back.

Had some yogourt and decaf tea when I got home (still can't face coffee...)

Same here. Well... 30 lbs higher than my lowest lows when I was down to a size 8 (too thin, actually). I'm hoping for another 20 from where I am now. I gave away all of my size 14s years ago (back when I was wearing 8s). I have mostly 10s/M, a few 12s/L and, this year, was forced to buy some 14s or stay in sweats. I bought a pair of size 14 jeans in December and was shocked/dismayed that they were tight. I got busy, but life (holidays, birthday, Super Bowl, friend's birthdays) got in the way. I was fortunate to mostly maintain through mid-Feb but wasn't making any progress. I've got a full weekend coming up this weekend and hope to get into a 12 jean by then. My 14s are starting to feel loose. Progress.

End of the 2 week cleanse: week two - down 3 lbs (12 lbs total). I allowed myself a couple cheats yesterday (walnuts, dark chocolate), but otherwise completed the 2 weeks as prescribed by the author. Phase II starts today which entails reintroducing grains, starchy vegetables, etc., one item at a time. Today's bonus addition is 1 slice of Ezekial 4:9 toast with my morning omelet. Toast? Bread? What's that?

We have a full weekend/beginning of next week schedule of Mardi Gras events. We started last night with a Sonny Landreth show at a local club. I decided to be the designated driver and stuck to coffee/water all night. We've got another show tonight and parties for both Lundi Gras and Mardi Gras. My goal is to maintain through Tuesday as best I can.

Week 3: -4.3 lbs (-11.0 lbs total), walked 3.6 miles (37.9 miles total), s-bp down 4 pts. (34 pts total).
