Watch out, George, you're playing with fire! jespah, please, please, lift your curse, I beg you.

Home early yesterday after overwhelming nausea and headache (I had oatmeal for breakfast, I swear!) Tea and toast the order of the day -- and today too...

@jespah,
Crepes, be still my heart! Well, not literally, please. I used to lovvvvve crepes. I even have a crepe pan, which I use to scramble eggs - fabulous le creuset pan from back when I had some dollars to burn, er, saute. Hmm, maybe buckwheat crepes - those would have a better glycemic index, I bet.

Enter here if you dare - one of my favorite David Lebovitz blog pages:
http://www.davidlebovitz.com/2007/07/planet-of-the-c-1/
(buckwheat crepe recipe)

Skipping along to today's eats (yesterday, so far away) - small non sugared shredded wheat w/almond milk and sliced banana
two coffees/ 3/4 tsp sugar tot

hamburger sans bun/small salad/some spicy broth
water/lemon

dinner soon - kale/tomato/onion/lima bean soup with lahey bread chunks
probable glass red
