L: leftover brown rice/chicken/black beans, plain ff yogurt w/splenda & cinnamon

S: apple, cottage cheese

D: hb egg, carrot salad, soy cheese

E: walked for an hour around the neighborhood

Monday

B: overnite oatmeal & plain ff yogurt (w/splenda & cinnamon), banana, hb egg

L: leftover chicken barley chili, carrot sticks

S: mini-bag of 94% ff microwave popcorn, grapes

D: whole wheat pasta, ff pasta sauce, ff cheddar (I know, that's sacrilegious), carrot salad

S: no-sugar-added popsicle

E: 30 min elliptical, weight training

I'm hoping for a Saint Bernard by the end of the year, maybe sooner.

Breakfast: 2 instant oatmeal packets
Fish Oil Capsule

Lunch: Dr. McDougall's Black Bean w/Lime, 1 serving
Sensible Foods Soy Nuts, 1 serving

Dinner: Skim Milk, 1 cup
14 oz mixed greens salad
4 oz skinless fried chicken
Mixed Vegetables, 1 c

Snack: mixed fruit, 1 cup
Stonyfield Farm Fat Free Key Lime, 6 oz
Apple, 1 medium

CALORIES 1667 CARBS 256 g FAT 36 g PROTEIN 65 g Sodium 2275

Same old breakfast except pineapple
with toast and coffee.

Lunch
bread w/marmalade
Small chef salad (turkey, ham, lettuce, 1 tsp dressing)
More pineapple
(They sent me a free pineapple. I am trying to eat it before it goes bad.)

Dinner
Olive Burger with 2 Slices of swiss.
Little bowl of Chicken soup (I couldn't resist)
2 glasses of red wine
40 days and nights)(191.9)(-8.2)

Now down offically 60 pounds, I often go in the back of the store and pick up a 60# bag of Play Sand and carry it around for a minute or two.

I think I will start this too. Maybe it will help me - but do I have to keep up with the calories and all?

I walked to the bus stop and back twice. (unfortunately that is not very far)

Dinner: 1 T guacamole
Pasta, cooked, 8 oz

Primavera (1 c. mixed vegs w/light tomato sauce)
14 oz mixed greens salad

Snack: 1 c mixed fruit
Stonyfield Farm Fat Free Vanilla, 6 oz
Apples, fresh, 1 medium

I just mentioned in another thread that I just found some size 42 corduroys in the back of my closet. I now wear 36s. and they are not snug.

peanut butter, whole wheat toast - green tea
kellogs protein bar
salad, tomatoes, cukes, spray ceasar dressing - baked chicken. Water to drink
10 almonds, 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ 5 pineapple chunks and green tea
small cheeseburger, diet coke, pretzels (I cheated but I was a good cheater)
80 some odd ounces of water all day. I drink from a Rubbermaid to go cup that holds 20 oz. I had 4 of those and what I drank w/ lunch.

Yesterday was prep day for my colonoscopy this AM.
Breakfast
two eggs
banana
coffee, black

lunch
three ounces chicken - no skin
four ounces apple sauce
Diet coke
two Dulcolax tablets

snack
coffee

Dinner
hah
32 ounces of Miralax (yum)

If you do the math, that a loss of 3.2 pounds of last Christmas' turkey still hanging around in there.

I think I am taking myself out to dinner tonight.
