E: ran two miles to go get my shirt and number for Saturday
D: More Fruit, a bit of lamb from a stew I'm going eat this weekend and some pasta with sauce and a roll. Wine.

I did, Osso, it was very hot and muggy, but I trotted along and beat my time in the NYC Half by 12 seconds.

Drank huge amounts of liquids.
