@jespah,
yesterday, 149

Coffee x 2, 1 tsp sugar total

Packaged saag paneer for breakfast. Oh, I love it so. Have to try to make it myself again: last time the recipe was too elaborate and I didn't like the result. Next time I'll just use the healthy ingredients of the packaged mix. What's wrong with the packaged mix, besides price, is too much salt.

Orange
dilute pineapple coconut nectar, mineral water, ice x 2

large salad - curly leaf lettuce, sliced artichoke hearts (water packed), leftover pasta with parsley walnut pesto, nicoise olives, slivered raw carrot discs, slice of muenster cheese chopped, <tbs blue cheese dressing

2 glasses white wine on batch of ice cubes
couple of dozen raw almonds

1/2 of a strange sort of bagel - not a real bagel, but bagelish - that is, sort of a round small bread with center hole and some cheddar cheese and jalapeno pepper

@jespah,
No, white bread texture, although not maybe the softest type of that .. it's a product of Smith's market. I don't want to look at the ingredients - I tend to avoid a lot of market produced poop, er, baked goods.

Yesterday, another jolt in a bowl -it's the ginger! - of saag paneer, slurp.

two coffees
apple juice + ice
another big salad, this time sans the left over pasta

almonds
slice of cheese/wasa cracker
licorice tea

bowl of leftover pesto pasta with parmesan
two glasses red wine w apple juice and ice
two glasses pellegrino

@ossobuco,
Hmm wonder what it really was.

Odd day yesterday - 2 restaurant meals, including French fries. But I did okay. Smile I do have to say, though, I'm finding that fried food is an issue, not so much re fat, calories and salt (although those are all there), it's that it makes me ultra-sleepy.
