Hmm wonder what it really was.
Odd day yesterday - 2 restaurant meals, including French fries. But I did okay.
I do have to say, though, I'm finding that fried food is an issue, not so much re fat, calories and salt (although those are all there), it's that it makes me ultra-sleepy.
Yesterday:
Breakfast: Cheerios Cereal, 1 cup
Blueberries, fresh, 0.5 cup
Jam, 1 tbsp
Jif Creamy Peanut Butter, reduced fat, 1 tbsp
Fiber One Country White Bread, 2 servings
Lunch: Swordfish, 3 oz
Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 tbsp
French Fries (french fried potatoes), 20 strips
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.25 cup
Hamburger Bun, 1 roll
Dinner: Stir Fry Sauce, 2 tbsp
Mixed Vegetables, 12 oz
Brown Rice, medium grain, 0.75 cup
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 cup
Salad dressing, Vinaigrette, 2 tbsp
Snack: Skinny Cow Vanilla with Caramel Cone, 1 serving
