Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup
Broccoli, 1 cup
Tofu, extra firm, 0.25 block
Pecans, 0.5 oz (10 halves)
Baked Potato, with skin, 1 large

Dinner: Guacamole, 1 serving
Skim Milk, 1 cup
Low Sodium Matzoh Balls, 1 serving
Slow Cooker Penicillen, 1 serving
14 oz mixed greens salad

Snack: Fruit Salad, 0.25 cup
Yogurt, Stonyfield Farm fat free plain (6 oz)
