If you hate them ditch them, their are no bra-belt laws.

Would love to but some of us are unable to go bra-less without breaking at least 15 laws.

They should just be more comfortable. No shoulder cutting, under-wire poking, elastic band pinching....just not fun.

And which laws would those be? This is a commonly repeated myth, it simply is not true.

OK: Name 10 famous women who never wear bras?

It was a joke. Jeeze....it is just really uncomfortable for some women to go bra-less because there is no support.

The story about breast discomfort and pain is a complicated one.

Some people feel uncomfortable without a bra, just because their breasts are used to being bound, and this settles down after a while of being free.

What we do know is that women seeing doctors with breast pain often get relief from going without a bra, similarly women with pain in the shoulders and neck (particularly on raising their arms).

There is no evidence that breasts actually need 'support', they sit nicely on the chest wall except when you bend over.

I take it you posit all of this from the perspective of someone who personally goes through life sporting a large rack?

No, but I'll bet he's perfectly willing to hold up a couple for as long as the owner allows.

Uh huh. Until you move. Dancing, running, exercising...jigglejiggle!!

For some of us, that's a significant amount of weight that's jiggling. It can be very uncomfortable.

Ya know, there WAS really something just in the papers about how useless bras really are as a support mechanism. Trying to recall where I read it.

I know naturopaths are very against them - prevention of lymphatic flow, or somethin'.
