You never told us Cjhsa,

Will you be voting for McCain?

((just the thought of this makes me chuckle))

He's not my first choice. That much should be obvious.

At least McCain can be controlled by the party. With the Dems you just don't know what you're going to get. The party is nothing more than a collection of freaks. They couldn't control the windbag Clinton, nor will they be able to control Osamabama.

I cannot in good conscience support either McCain or Obama... I'm not a lesser of two evils type... but I feel obligated to remain in the political process....and the truth is one of these two will be the next president.... and each unqualified IMO.... anyone else feel like this?

If they are both unqualified in your opinion, and you feel an obligation to be a part of the process, and these are the only two possibilities, then you gotta go with the one who is closest to you on the issues, right?

Jesus Christ, have some sense and vote for Obama! WAKE UP, MAN! FOR GOD'S SAKE, WAKE UP AND QUIT BEING SUCH A STUPID DICKWAD!

(by the way, please don't take offense at my harsh language. I only call you the same thing I call all my good friends when they do something dickwad-ish....actually I usually go with "douchebag" or "jackass," but still, I mean it in the same loving way.)

Yeah, like what? What are they going to bring up that Hillary wouldn't?

Please be specific. I hate these nameless pronouncements of doom.

Twice as vicious, twice as long. What a bunch of bullshit.

Obama WILL try to take our guns away.

That's about 10% or more of the vote. Many people vote the Constitution above all else. 2A is my litmus test.

He says that he won't.

I'll take his word over some anonymous idiot on a message board.

Bear, join me in voting for the Democratic candidate for the common good. Please!

Obama is going to need the help of the people to force the Congress to make the changes required. If Hillary Clinton became Senate Majority Leader, she could help Obama in the fight for change. In would be a win-win for both of them.

I had the thought that maybe she'd make a great Supreme Court Justice as well. And that's something to keep in mind, Bear. Obama won't/can't run the government by himself. Look at the people he has chosen to work with and will likely appoint in a Democratic administration. Many of them will probably be poached from Clinton and Edwards circles.

Where has he said he won't?

Obama has taken a stance IN FAVOR of BANNING ALL semi automatic weapons.

This stance is a major reason why I, who's never voted for a republican, can not see myself supporting Obama. Not the only reason, but a major one.

He's said those very words: 'I'm not looking to take anyone's guns away.'

I know that you aren't referring to a 12-year old survey. Right?
