No! The statute of limitations on all post-white blackness terminated and you are now only eligible for the designation of honorary person of color! (Which is nothing to sneeze at - you still get full fried chicken and watermelon privileges)

You can have those, since they happen to be in surplus in the soul food refrigerated warehouse. With one condition - all koolaids should be referred to as "the red kind", "the orange kind", "the purple kind", etc.
