@Diest TKO,
Young man, you, as well as many of the others who post on A2K are really showing how poor your reading and comprehension skills are.

You think that "personal attacks" are a sign of a "winning argument" and/or maturity. Yet, they are a sign of weakness and ignorance.

I have already posted my feelings on homosexual marriage and how the States and the Feds need to reconcile the hypocrisy between the Defense of Marriage Act and the 14th Amendment.

For some reason, you fail to understand that.

I do not understand what "troll-obscurity" means but your posts are becoming redundant and boring.

You too need to take a "time-out" and grow up just a bit if you want to communicate with adults.

Get used to it Yankee.

Liberals here on A2K and probably everywhere else always resort to "personal attacks"
when they face a logical argument based on common sense and facts.

Actually, it's my typing skill that sucks. I make typos all the time. I switched over to Mozilla so I'd have a real time spell check to help me. I'm quite skilled at reading and analysis though. Your ad hominem noted and filed in the big stack of things I'm not impressed with.

Actually, I think the sign of a winning argument is a well articulated and supported stance. You've not provided any such thing. You attacked Deb with personal slander and have yet to address the points in her post in details.

I suspect you can't.

You feelings are noted, but unless they are supported in some way, they aren't of any real merit nor do they really qualify for consideration.

It means that no matter how bad-ass you think you are, you're not special, and you'll probably just get put on ignore since you aren't adding anything to the debate. You aren't entitled to anything here and unless you bring something of worth to the intellectual market, nobody is going to care about you.

@Diest TKO,
Young man, I will ignore most of what you posted as it is apparent you are not in a sound frame of mind.

I will address this interesting piece.

What exactly are you looking for here?

I support Homosexual Unions and/or Marriages or whatever you want to call it.

I realize there is a problem between States Rights and the 14th Amendment that Legislators need to address but as of today have not.

Again, take a time out and read the words. If you still have a comprehension problem, talk to your Mom or somebody else. You are act is becoming tiresome.

There is no problem between "states rights" and the fourteenth amendment, except perhaps in the minds of those who think the states should not be obliged to provide due process of law.

Dude.

Correction - Defense of Marriage Act, 14th Amendment and States Rights.

If someone were to challenge DOMA in court, they might appeal to the fourteenth amendment as a part of their argument, it would make sense. But DOMA conflicts with Article IV, Section 1 of the constitution. Both DTKO and i have pointed this out to you. Based on your participation here, i really rather doubt if there is much that you realize at all about constitutional issues.

Dude.

@Yankee,
Yankee, Your use ad hominems as your defense rather than answering questions posed to you shows your inability to have an intelligent discussion. If you're an "old man," it seems you learned very little about debate.

I'm an old man too!

@cicerone imposter,
If you follow the trail of post, you might recognize the personal attack are directed at me since it is obvious DIEST and Setanta are unable to either comprehend the written word.

I suspect you are jumping to the same conclusion as those 2 without having facts in front of you.

However, I do enjoy "watching" their behavior descend to adolescent levels.

In that both DTKO and i have repeatedly pointed out to you that DOMA conflicts with Article 4, Section 1, and that we've both quoted it verbatim to you, and in that you continue to seem unable to absorb that fact and respond appropriately, your continued comments about people's maturity are more than a little ironically humorous, Fox. You have also miserably failed to answer Miss Law's critique of your "arguments."

Dude.

I'm kind of sad. I was excited to see someone new around here, but it doesn't look like it's going to be anything but a troll. This dude is a just another waterboy/cjhsa/possum.

@Diest TKO,
Debra Law has opined that this is, in fact, Fox using another user account. I have no real opinion one way or the other, but i find it amusing that i have now been addressing "Yankee" as Fox for several days, and he/she/it has not responded to that, nor complained about, nor acknowledged it at all, other than to respond to my posts when i address them either to "Dude," or to "Fox," or with both.

@Setanta,
I don't think it's Foxfyre. If it is, then I'd be impressed at Fox's ability to create and alter ego and adhere to it. I observe a very distinct persona here. If this was a repeat of any poster, I'd wager the waterboy.
