Natural ways are always my first choice.
I have had sleeping issues most of my adult life. Though this is the longest it has gone on.
I have made teas with Chamomile, Valerian, Linden, and ST johns.
I have tinctures of all of them as well except the St Jons and I also have Lavender. That is expencive!
1 drop rubbed into the sole of your foot works better then a strong tea.
I have used Patcholi on my feet as well. Now that was fun.. amd more effective then the others in an odd way.
I truly hate the idea of taking pills. There are enough herbs out there that are strong enough to help, but they are not helping me.
Though I still try..
I am signed up for a yoga class. It is only 5 classes once a week on relaxation.
I wonder if it isnt physical stress that is doing this to me. Not mental, or emotional.. just physical.
I am doing a lot more physical activity then I am used to and it is possible I am on over load.
We shall see.
