That is so familiar, eoe, but I just can't get it together.

Recap:

Early 60's"
Her partner is drunk and causes a scene as he curls up on the dance floor to take a nap. The big, handsome stranger with the Texas drawl scoops him up, tosses him across his shoulder and still manages to help her on with her coat.
