Street punk gets shot in the neck while a passenger in a large sedan with two other friends. He jumps out (probably dies soonafter). The car crashes and the other two are injured. All happens while the San Gennaro Festival is happening nearby on Mulberry Street.
Yes! I watched it last night on IFC.
