For example, a spoiled Southern belle's husband is leaving her. She doesn't want him to go. She doesn't know what she'll do. He, as he stands in the doorway, says that he doesn't give a flying fig. (Maybe too much detail, but you get the idea.)

An injured man is getting a rubdown from a visiting nurse. While she rubs, this no-nonsense woman gives him a good dose of common sense. (Hope this isn't too easy.)
Here is a scene from a fairly recent movie (last three years).
Two police detectives have just saved a woman from an assassination attempt. She is a target because she is in possession of an ultra-secret list of names. She removes her wig and reveals that the list is actually tattooed to her scalp.
