I got my name back on this, my home computer, but not on the lap top which I will be using beginning tomorrow.
By the way, one of my favorite scrabble buddies has just joined A2K at my invitation. He beats me regularly in scrabble. Very regularly.
He is from NYC and will be known here as "bronxaps." If you have a minute, please send him a pm. Maybe give him a link to the Alb thing. He was intrigued by the notion that people actually cared enough about A2K to travel to see one another.
6 am flight tomorrow morning.
Do you have your scrabble board packed? Have fun.

As your co-expatriate, the Pope would say: In vino veritas est. Deo gratias
I wonder if dys remembers the place where that nice MBA from NJ opens suitcases with classic music as background music ...

No problem, roger: off to the airport in about an hour. I can't sleep seated, thus will read through 600 pages of "History of the Prussians in the West". That will keep me awake
See you shortly!

BBB
About 2 a.m. I was awakened by thunder, lightning and heavy rain. Doggies Dolly and Madison slept through it. Loved the rain.

I was hoping that you would say you were awakened by Walter trying to find his way to the gathering.

Walter doesn't sleep with dogs, which disqualifies me.

Landed in restaurant (Mesa Verde) at a table that has an outlet for my laptop and also allows smoking. I am happy.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I will be watching the ABQ gathering from the sidelines.
Take (and post) plenty of pictures.

First it was going to be 89 on Sunday. Then a day or two ago, 80. Today it says 85.
