@dlowan,
Bunny!!! I'm very happy that you and the woollies are safe. I get frightened just thinking about you in that horrible situation. I'm glad the house is still standing.

Happy birthday, deb. You deserve a good one. Hope it's not too late.

@Roberta,
Got taken out to dinner by neighbour I am staying with on birthday night, off to lunch on Saturday

Will catch up with Dodi when they return from seven weeks in England

I may end up staying in their house because woollies can stay with me there.

Update:

The latest CT scan of my throat revealed exactly what they found when they operated on my. Nuttin'. However, some nearby issues require watching.

The polyp removed during my colonoscopy was "irregular." Doesn't mean cancerous; just means not normal. Now I gotta go back and get the right side checked. They were unable to check the right side during the first colonoscopy.

The hearing in my left ear is failing.

I'm behind schedule for a mammograms.

This bodily maintenance and upkeep is very wearying. I'm gonna take a nap.

@Roberta,
Wait a second! A colonoscopy only on one side? That's odd seeming.

Anywho, glad you had some good results there and hope the next round of testing yields similar results.

I find the hearing in the ears is adjustable. All I have to do is adjust to sitting closer to where sound is coming from.

@Sturgis,
As a result of surgery several years ago, the right side of my intestines is narrower than the left side. They need a pediatric probe to check the narrower side.

If I'm in the bedroom and someone is at my door, I don't hear it.

@dlowan,
Well, here I am in September and still don’t know when my house will be ready

I just moved back in next door, after three weeks in a pet friendly rental.

Sadly poor Sebastian couldn’t handle another change and started pissing on the owners’ quilts.

The place became a testing of cat piss removal products and quilt laundering factory so I had to place woollies back in with the vet for boarding

My house looks pretty ready but nobody will tell me anything!!!!!

I’m grumpy

@dlowan,
So far I recommend Angry Orange for cat piss removal.

how are doc, sneezy and happy doing? Does anyone hear from Snowy since she ran off with that prince?

sorry to find your place still isn't ready. Hopefully it'll happen soon, or at least somebody will give you an update.

This is a long time to be without your own digs. Also I'm sympathetic re the cats and to you re the piss. Sigh.

BTW, I'm cranky, the eighth dwarf.

Hey, deb. How you doin'? Anything new?

I've been asked (again) to participate in an intergenerational panel discussion. Although this event is not directly related to my social services agency, the guy running the whole thing is the same guy who held previous discussions. He specifically requested me.

I asked him why me. He said cuz I'm real. My social worker thinks it's because I'm very Noo Yawky. What do I think? Maybe a bit of the above. But also, I'm articulate, and I'm not reluctant to open up about personal matters. (I think this is what makes me real?)

Also, I can hear. At the last discussion, I was seated next to a woman pushing 100 years of age. She couldn't hear. So she was asked a question, and then I repeated it, yelling in her ear.

And, as the members of my book group can confirm, I'm very opinionated. Is that a good thing is this setting? Doesn't matter. They're gonna get some opinions.

@Roberta,
It's got to be that it's entertaining and informative to be around you. I would love to be present.

@Roberta,
Yay! Famous again.

I’m back home and have unpacked about half of the million boxes.

More coming tomorrow! Can’t believe it.

They didn’t fix my air conditioner so I’ve been freezing when it’s cold and still no curtains, so cats and I have sheltered in bed when im home and im not doing boxes.

@dlowan,
I'm very glad you're back in your own abode. Relieved too.

To hell with the boxes. Be comfortable. The boxes will be there when you're ready.
