Surgery--Again

osso and deb, Just because I need and want the dental work doesn't mean that I won't kvetch about it.

BTW, I lost a few more pounds and gained an inch on the height chart.

No results until sometime in late June. Couldn't find an appointment I can make until then.

When does the tooth work begin?

I'm sure that height rulers vary slightly from office to office. But I have a theory. Extra weight pulls you down--affects your spine. Since the tooth buisness began in earnest, I've lost almost 35 pounds. I think that's less of a burden on my spine. I can stand up straighter. Of course, another possibility is that the ruler was wrong. Don't care which. I'm loving that inch.

I have to call the tooth lady, who must reconfirm that I can go to the oral surgeon. Then I'll make an appointment.

Phooey on the long wait for you. How you feeling? I worry.

The inch may be pissed. Who knows. Who cares.

I'm happy I'm taller.

Show off! I've been stuck at 5'5" (according to legal measurement, it's 5'4 and 3/4") for an eternity. Makes it easier to hide in crowds though.

And congrats on your new and increased height. Use this gift wisely and don't be a show-off in the stores easily grabbing things from upper shelves.

Deb, Did you get the results of your tests?

Yes. Scary stuff ok.....kidneys, renal arteries, liver, heart, cholesterol great.

Some more minor stuff not so great.

Found out next training I have been wanting Togo to in the US is in San Diego on August 21 and 22........it's awfully close and I don't know if I can organise things properly in that amount of time....but if I can will be travelling in US late august and early September.

Any chance you you'll be east. Or are those of us in the eastern US to pine and pout that our Deb is in this hemisphere. So near and yet so far.

If we can do it with such little notice New York is a definite. That damned Thomas won't be there though!
