@Roberta,
Hey Goil - has the anti-itch med helped at all?

Glad for beautiful, cool and spring in Noo Yawk - summer arrived early here across the pond - love the long, long days, warmer nights - beautiful here.

@Izzie,
I didn't get the prescription filled yet. The drugstore where I get my prescriptions is several blocks away. Not up for a round trip on foot. I'll go on my way back from somewhere. Then I'll have to walk only from there to home.

(For more critical meds, I would have found a way. I can itch a few days more.)

I'm amazed at how you somehow remember all my stuff. The whats and the whens. You're a good kid.

Back from Bellevue. Saw both therapists. Drew a couple of violent pictures. I'm angry. Got some satisfaction from them both.

Feeling mean and ornery. Trying to not be mean--not say mean things. The ornery part is hardly noticeable.

@sozobe,
soz, Absolutely cheered me up. I love dem pygmy hippos. My favorite was Morton--at the Bronx Zoo. I think he recognized me.

Thanks for the effort, kid. My snarling is temporarily on hold.

@Roberta,
Hey Boida - glad you saw both the therapists and were able to put your feelings down onto paper - I guess whatever works to get the thoughts out of your head has to be a good thing. After you've done your art pieces <aka violent snarly pics> - do you explain to them what you were feeling - does it seem to come together... more importantly, does it make you feel a little better?

(sometimes folk can't understand why I take shots of dead, decayed, stone stuff... it's all got a reason, even if I don't fully understand it - it's not all roses and pretty fleurs, but it gets it out there for me)

How is the itching? Any relief yet?

You are magnificent when you growl by the way - love the little dimples on your nose Wink

love you querida ((((Boida))))x

@Izzie,
Iz, There's no fixed approach, although mostly we talk, and then I draw. Sometimes I feel inspired to. Sometimes the therapist suggests that I draw a feeling.

This time I came in with something in my head. I drew it. We discussed it. And then the therapist suggested I draw another picture to resolve the first one. It felt very good. In fact I was out of breath after I finished the second picture.

Got the prescription for the itching med filled yesterday. It will be delivered today.

Deb, No nose dimples in real life. Just in my alter ego avatar self. No spots either.

@Roberta,
Any chance you'd like to tell us more about the pictures?

Worrying about your finances too.

Just back from the Emergency Room. Major asthma problem. My friend Sheila was with me the whole time. What a pal and a trooper.

I am not significantly better. But I need time for the prednisone (steroid) to kick in. In the meantime, I can do for me at home what they would do for me there. Nebulizer every few hours.

Sheila got the prescription for the pred filled.

I haven't had breakfast yet (I don't like to rush into things).

And my hard drive is misbehaving. The computer guy is coming tomorrow to replace it and transfer all my files.

I'm overwhelmed with work.

In a woid, AAAAAAAARGHHHHHHH.

@Roberta,
Oh...very sorry to hear that. Glad you are at least ok enough to come home.

Thank you Sheila!

Damn that you have to be on prednisone again...

@Roberta,
((( Boida )))

Sounds scary. I hope everything kicks in quickly and you're feeling better and less overwhelmed soon.

Thank you, Sheila.

@JPB,
I told Sheila I mentioned her here. She asked me to say hi to everybody. Hi, everybody.

Starting to feel a tad better. I can walk a few feet without panting.

Getting to a point of major fed-up-ed-ness.
