@Eva,
All out of Oreos. Shocked

This hasn't happened in a lo-o-o-ng time. So glad to find out I don't have a nightmare of radiation ahead of me that I forgot to buy cookies.

Thanks again you guys for the celebration and good wishes. Very Happy

@Roberta,
You, Roberta, are a star.

An incredible person whom I have so got the pleasure to know over the last couple years.

Love you Boida... you are simply....... wonderful. x

@Izzie,
Izzie, When the hospital lady called me, she said, "How's my star?" LOL.

The pleasure has been mutual, kid.

Love you too. ((I))

@Thomas,
Resume, shmesume, Thomas. You're hired. If any of my wealth slops over, it's yours.

Well, what can I tell ya. Got a call from the radiation oncologist. He, the neurosurgeons, and the neurologists had a meeting. They all agree that I have to have the gamma knife procedure--there's something there.

It's a one-day procedure, which should put a total end to the thing in my head. Minimal side effects.

Semi-thud.

@Roberta,
Ok. I'm actually more comfortable with that, but I'm not you. Annoying, but more clear..

@Roberta,
Well, damn.

At least it's the gamma knife.

Do you lose your damn hair AGAIN already?

This is the only procedure I would have agreed to. I'm not going to let them zap my BRAIN five days a week for six weeks.

deb, It's a pinpoint of power. If hair falls out, I probably won't notice. However, if leaves a bigger spot than I anticipate, I ain't wearing no steenkin' hat in the spring.

Jeez, I'm being decisive today--and in a very negative way. Mr. Green

@Roberta,
Already said this, but the gamma knife went great for my sis-in-law. She didn't lose any hair at all and I don't think she had any side effects to speak of at all. At any rate she spoke of it glowingly.

The thing in your head? Oh, that's just your brain. Don't worry, cute chicks like you don't need that. (Sorry, I must have listened to too much Howard Stern lately.)
