Let's start with the basics. You should use birth control.
Always, unless you are specifically looking to get a woman pregnant (e. g. you're looking to have a child together). Otherwise, use birth control.
If you don't have any birth control with you, either buy some or don't have sex. End of story.
Condoms are good for preventing HIV as well as pregnancy but they are not perfect and they are not as effective for preventing pregnancy as what's called "the pill" or other methods, which include barriers (usually something a woman inserts into her vagina) and injections (such as depo provera), which have to be prescribed by a doctor. Here is a site about birth control:

Here is information about pregnancy tests:

Here is information about the morning after pill (that's what you've heard of as being called "plan B"):
http://womenshealth.gov/faq/econtracep.htm
also try this link but some of it is in Spanish:

Here is information about abortion:

It is legal in the United States, in all 50 states and DC and all US possessions. I am not going to get into a debate about it. It's a legal procedure here and I am providing you with information. I don't know what the legality of it is in your country. I would suggest -- and most people would -- that you use birth control or not have sex, rather than using abortion as a means for preventing a child from being born. That is not a moral judgment; it's a practical one -- abortion is a surgical procedure so it is more invasive to the woman's body than using a condom, pill or other means of preventing pregnancy.
AbleIIKnow_wong, in a topic like this, there's going to be a lot of joking around, as you can see, but I am not joking around. I hope you will inform yourself before potentially getting into a situation (such as an unwanted pregnancy) that could change your life and the life of your partner.
