How do I dislodge this booger from the back of my throat?

You want to soften the mucous as soft as possible so drink lots or water and soon your throat will try to cough it out itself and will come out of your mouth

@kickycan,
put a couple drops of water or saline in the back of the the nose, then rub your nose a bit, and then use a tissue. the saline should soften and you should be able to expell.
