Earlier I mentioned that I believe you omitted all civilians from your numbers but am still curious to know if I was right about that. Your numbers look like estimates of soliders alone, but theoretically could also just be on the low range of estimates.

There's at least one American (Rachel Carson) for whom you don't really need to guess like that, the number at present is just over 107 million:
