"Saint-Sahnsss" - I think, without the trema it would be "Saint-Sainsss".

That's that, Walter.

Sain as saint in French, then sahnss (or sens in French): sain-sahnss

You can also pronounce it as "cinq sens" but not pronouncing the "q".
