I understand that beef tends to be high in fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol and is generally unhealthy.

I understand that fried chicken tends to be high in fat, saturated fat, cholesterol and trans fat and is generally unhealthy.

I thought grilled chicken was the reasonably healthy alternative. But I just read that grilled meat causes cancer.

True? What do you recommend?

It's the burny bits, I think, on the grilled stuff.

There are many many articles about the level of danger of that, or not.

Safest? Probably steamed.

Don't be food phobic, just keep reading.

There are probably a lot of people in their nineties who've eaten a lot of grilled chicken.

Everything is lethal, eventually. I personally think that air must be the real cause of death, because every human being so far who has died has been exposed to it.

CowDoc--

Very true.

Water may also be implicated in human mortality.
