@margo,
Indeed. I recall another time she was in country and spend a week in a dark little box before being picked up.

@roger,
She was opened first thing this morning as soon as I walked in the door. She sat watching while I sorted mail.

Here's me with my new Aussie friends. I frollicked around in this basket for a while with them but realised I had better move or I might get sold.
Nettie was really busy so I found lots of nice hidey holes in this place, so many people coming and going. Lots of fun and laughter.

It's all hands on work here, we all have to pull our weight. They tell me we have to smile nicely to all the customers even if they are grumpy. It's called good customer relations, it's easy when we have such nice customers like Suzette. I like this Post Office work, they chat a lot.

Yes they really got me working here. This machine postmarks/cancels the stamps before they are sorted and sent. It's noisy but a lot of fun.

@dadpad,
I see you have a Cullen Street - my granny was a Cullen. Some uncles and cousins have it for a middle name. (I shoulda thought of that myself).

@dadpad,
Penny makes a fine addition to any working establishment. She pulls her own weight, and more!

@NettieK,
That's awesome! I love the little nose nudge at the end.

My daughter (age 9) says: "SOOOOOOO CUTE!!!!"

(Spelling and punctuation hers.)

Had lunch at Chino's in Kerang. Has some gorgeous food there, I love their salad dressing its an orange and poppy seed one. Jenni one of Netties daughters joined us. She works in one of the local banks. Whenever Net is given they day off work she tries and does something with her daughters. Rachel was at work too but couldn't make it.

@ehBeth,
Glad you noticed it. It was a watermelon, carrot and orange juice mix. Jen's favourite, tasted yummy. They like mixing their juices here
