W4ell - she's missed my Italy trip - but is welcome in Sydney and anywhere else I'm likely to travel. Possibly several other Oz states next year)

Penny can come to Atlanta. If she waits a while (maybe till Christmas time), she might get to go to Morocco with us.

I'll be leaving on or aroudn 7th June -- will you be around in Boston already at that time? we could have Penny at a Boston gathering.

I'm in Boston fron Juin 6 & till Juin 8 (the meting is scheduled on Juin 6, I think).

Oh yay, Penny can kick things off with an A2K gathering! How cool is that?

Things are shaping up wonderfully...

Morocco, fabulous!

Let's keep Cambodia on the back burner for now since that will be a possibility for a whole year.

I'll give things a bit more time, then start grouping people who have responded so far. The Canada leg sounds particularly good! Might go with that first, after Dag gets back. Dag, how long will your trip be?

What I wanted to say is that if I would get her first, she could see a bit of Germany, join the Chicago meeting, have a look at New York ... and would be passed to Dag in Boston.

Otherwise, wherever you group me in.

When would you need her if I sent her to Germany?

Maybe best to send her to JPB or someone in Chicago, then you can take her from there...?

Well, it takes .... between one and two weeks by air mail to get here.

And it should be here on May 30 at latest. (Which I would prefer as to show her my part of the world as well.)

Otherwise, I can get her any time later when I'm back home.

May 30th. That sounds possible.

OK, maybe that will be the new plan.

- Walter first.
- Walter takes her to Chicago, then New York, then Boston.
- Hands off Penny to Dag in Boston.
- Dag takes her on the trip to Amsterdam et al.
- Dag comes home to Boston and sends Penny to... (Ontario, maybe? TBD at this point though.)

That sounds good! I'd prefer to start with new people and locales (people/ places that Rocky didn't already visit) but that's a unique opportunity, to take Penny to all of these scheduled gatherings.

I'm going to be in Vienna in late October - perhaps ul and I (and anyone within driving distance?) could have a PennyFest. If things are organized right, I could perhaps also help her take a gander at nimh's famous blue pants in Budapest.

OK so late October's ehBeth -- probably makes sense to do the Canadian trip before that, winding up with her, then FreeDuck and Morocco after that. (How long will your trip be, Beth?)

We're looking at 2 - 2.5 weeks in Vienna and environs right now.

If we did Ontario just before that, we'd be hitting Canadian Thanksgiving (and the leaf change), which could work quite nicely.
