Penny was rescued last night!

She seemed quiet and sleepy after her ordeal, so she was fed and put back to bed, after a brief glance at the apartment.

Currently, she is at work with me, and is asleep beside my computer. I will wake her up after my first two clients and show her around a bit.

She just wanted everyone to know that she is ok.

I found if you prod her with one of those battery operated electric cattle prods she wakes up a hell of a lot faster.

Then, am I to understand that is NOT standard protocol for guests to Australia, Margo?

Good to know.

Thas strue!

Usually, my teenage critter, aka Possum-cat, wakes me up. Fortunately he doesn't use a cattle prod, but some built-in weapons of terror! Effect is the same, though! You'd be surprised how quickly I can surface in the mornings, under pressure!

Penny has had a brief look around, and accompanied me to a session where a child had chocolate and cookies icecream to celebrate his birthday.

She thought the room was fabulous (photos when I have a computer again...of the room, not the child!!!)) and enjoyed her icecream....however she was taken aback with the violence of the play the child did with a number of plastic people, and retired to her envelope.

She wishes it to be noted that whoever put the note with "Please get your hands out of my bum" caused some surprise to the child, the therapist, and the child's carer when discovered unexpectedly by the child.

Perhaps Dadpad was not a completely ideal host? Fortunately Dlowan is used to comforting abused wee ones.

Thats a little harsh Noddy.

I'm a little upset with that comment.

I'll get over it.
