The CAT room!

I'm still laughing imagining trying to get nail covers on Mikey. All that glue. I suppose they'd stick. But I'd be surprised if they ever came in contact with a cat's claw. Fake claws on the walls. Floor. Me. And probably one or two on Mikey--just not on his feet.

Thanks, Olga. I hit Mikey today. I completely lost it. He bit me, and I slammed him. Now I'm feeling awful. And I'm worried that I hurt him. Sigh. Life is sometimes very difficult. But I think you know that without any words of wisdom from me. :-)

Deb, It's not the first time I hit Mikey. He usually just gets madder when I hit him, which is why I had to abandon the practice. But it's the first time I lost my temper and hit him really hard. He ran away.

He's a stoopid animal. He doesn't understand what he's doing. I shouldn't hurt him. Shame on me.

It's a learning experience for him, Roberta. You're the momma cat and acted appropriately. Anyway, they're tough little critters. It's probably just surprise and hurt feelings on his part.
